"For us, fashion and beauty are inextricably related to love for dance and performing arts. In our dancing, we aim to merge our South Asian and American identities. We often dance to Bollywood and hip-hop fusion mixes that reflect our upbringing as members of the South Asian diaspora in the US. Our fashion and beauty choices are an extension of this amalgamation of our identities. As a part of the fashion industry right now, we feel responsible for breaking down barriers and encourageing others to fully embrace the various parts of their identities that make them whole."
