The singer-songwriter wore a floor-length, navy jacket with red detailing on the collar and chunky, open-toed platform heels — accessorised with black gloves and a statement sapphire necklace. Rita's hair and makeup was equally eye-catching. She wore striking winged eyeliner — designed by makeup artist Pat McGrath, who used her brand's liquid liner to create the look — which encircled both her top and bottom lids and stretched right out toward her temples. Her hairstyle — which all the models wore for the show — was styled in a centre part with two overexaggerated finger waves that were gelled in place. "The hair at Miu Miu this season was based on the '40s, but with a twist on the '70s, too," hairstylist and Redken Global Creative Director Guido Palau said of the look via a press release sent after the show.
Rita was in good company on the runway, too. Known for recruiting celebrities to walk to show, Miu Miu also invited 16-year-old actor Storm Reid to walk, in addition to the season's catwalk superstars Gigi and Bella Hadid, Kaia Gerber, and Pixie Geldof.
