Not because Saturday is around the corner, but because we know it's when Halle Berry drops her latest "Fitness Friday" post on Instagram. This week, Halle clearly wanted to whip us into shape with the intense medicine ball workout she shared. Our legs are already quivering after watching the workout, but we're definitely up for the challenge, Halle! All you need is a medicine ball (be sure to choose one you can lift — we're going with 10 pounds) and get ready to work. "These exercises target your core, work on your agility and balance, and is GREAT great for cardio too," she wrote in her Instagram caption.
