For today's post, Halle and her trainer Peter Lee Thomas shared a badass video they made when their warriors "came out to play." Yes, this could easily be a trailer for a new action film, but the purpose of Halle's post is more important. "Having a few combat skills and practising a martial art can not only be life changing but life saving," Halle wrote in her caption. In her Instagram story, she highlighted three moves that will "help your warrior shine," provide you with a defensive strategy, and work your core.
