If you've been working out for a while and you're ready to push yourself a little harder, try this advanced ab challenge from Kayla Itsines, certified trainer and creator of the Sweat ap. It includes these five bodyweight moves:

  • Commando: 12 reps
  • Extended plank: 30 seconds
  • Ab bike: 40 reps (20 per side)
  • Straight-leg jackknife: 15 reps
  • Russian twist: 30 reps (15 per side)
