Playing for the Mob

When the underground world of the mafia and professional sports collide, you get a story so good it could be a movie. Mob criminal Henry Hill, better known as the subject of Martin Scorsese's hit film Goodfellas, took a liking to college basketball, and between 1978-1979, he organised the fixing of Boston College basketball games through a point-shaving scheme.
