You'll need to book very early to bag a room at Ca's Xorc Hotel, such is its popularity (with celebrities and wedding parties, not just us). Food is the focus of this former olive mill and you'll be treated to beautiful fresh breakfasts on a terrace overlooking the valleys, and a six-course tasting menu for dinner if you book in advance (otherwise it's four courses, so you'll definitely eat well).
