Gigi Hadid Shares Sweet Photo of Her Baby Khai's Little Feet
Gigi Hadid shared the sweetest photo with her daughter, Khai . . . or at least Khai's toes in an Instagram photo dump on Saturday. "Some recents, some not-so-recents, but better late than never," Hadid captioned a series of pictures on her Instagram, including a mirror selfie, a behind-the-scenes photo from her Frankies Bikinis collaboration, a baking photo, and a few fit pics.
Among the many memories shared was a snap of Gigi with her daughter's tiny feet in her face. "Awww Khai's feet 🥰❤️❤️❤️😍," commented makeup artist Grace Lee.
Hadid has kept her 22-month-old baby, who she shares with her ex and former One-Direction star, Zayn Malik, relatively private from the public eye, even writing an open letter to paparazzi asking them to respect her child's privacy. "Our wish is that she can choose how to share herself with the world when she comes of age, and that she can live as normal of a childhood as possible, without worrying about a public image that she has not chosen," Hadid wrote on Instagram. Until then, she's been careful about what she shares online, meaning that a pic featuring adorable baby feet may be the most we see of Khai until she's older.
That being said, Malik and Hadid have still been open about their own experiences with parenthood. "Honestly, she's an amazing baby, and it's been really easy for me and G to just ease into it," Malik said in an interview with iHeartRadio. In reference to Hadid, he added, "She's a wicked mom."
When Khai was born over the weekend of September 19, 2020, Hadid broke the news on her social media, writing, "Our girl joined us earth-side this weekend and she's already changed our world. So in love." And although baby photos are few and far between, it's clear the love Hadid has for baby Khai goes beyond what any camera could capture.
