A Trainer Shares 3 Exercises to Work Your Entire Body at Your Next Gym Session

Three exercises may not seem like a lot, but these were specifically selected to target your abs, back, arms, and legs. This workout focuses on both strength and stability, and from the looks of it, you're probably going to feel this one for a few days.

The exercises:

  • Renegade rows with a rotation
  • Lying chest presses alternating knees to chest
  • Double kettlebell swings
