Chef Tips by Jason Hill

Notes

This recipe is for a 16-ounce cup. If you plan on using a different size, you'll need to adjust the measurements.

Copycat Disney Michelada Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 bottle of Mexican beer (Pacifico, Modelo, or Corona)
    2 limes
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 shot glass Spicy V8
3 shot glasses Bloody Mary Mix
    Tajin for rim

Directions

  1. Take one of the limes and cut into wedges. Take one wedge and trace it along the rim of the glass. You want as much fresh lime juice as possible. Set other wedges aside. Coat a plate with Tajin seasoning. Salt the lime juice glass in seasoning until there's a rim of Tajin.
  2. Squeeze one full lime into cup. Then, add Worcestershire sauce, Spicy V8, and Bloody Mary mix. Stir together until incorporated (a few seconds).
  3. Add Mexican beer. Stir. Squeeze, then add leftover lime wedges and enjoy!
