Amanda and Nick welcomed their first and only child together, a son named Elvis, on June 10, 2019. Amanda announced Elvis's birth on Instagram, sharing a photo of the new family of three with the caption: "Introducing Elvis Eduardo Cordero! Arrived at 6:41am this morning. 7lbs and 15oz. We are so in love with him already! 💙 56 hour labour (🤪) but mama and baby boy are doing great! I'll share my birth story after a very long nap."

Nick also shared a photo of his baby boy on Instagram, writing: "World, meet Elvis Eduardo Cordero. Born June 10th, 2019 at 6:41 am, in New York City. The light of our lives. Long live the King. 👑❤️" On July 15, 2019, Nick shared another sweet photo with a caption that alerted fans to Elvis's nickname, "Elvito Eduardito Corderito" — well, the Elvito part, at least!

Amanda celebrated Elvis's first birthday with her family, and reflected on Elvis's birth multiple times in the days before. "I was admitted into the hospital on June 9th after laboring at home for 32 hours. I thought for sure I'd be around 4 cm dilated, but I was only 1!" she wrote. "Elvis was born at 6:41am that next morning, June 10th 💙 Best day of my life. I can't believe he turns 1 tomorrow."
