Burt Bacharach

Six-time Grammy Award winner and three-time Oscar victor Burt Bacharach died at age 94, his family confirmed to CNN on 9 Feb. The composer was behind classic hits from countless successful artists, including Dionne Warwick, Perry Como, and Tom Jones.

Some of the most iconic tunes penned by Army veteran Bacharach include "I Say a Little Prayer," "I'll Never Fall in Love Again," and "That's What Friends Are For."
