If you've ever felt that way, creator of the PWR Program and personal trainer Kelsey Wells has got you covered with an upper-body dumbbell workout.
Although Kelsey describes this workout as simple, she wrote in her Instagram caption, "You're about to find out that simple doesn't always mean easy cause this is SERIOUS."
