Kayla Itsines is a master at creating effective, yet doable workouts. Her Bikini Body Guide (BBG) has helped millions of people transform their bodies, and now the trainer and fitness influencer is sharing some of her favourite leg moves on Instagram.
This leg circuit requires only your bodyweight and minimal equipment: just a weight bench. She recommends doing each move for 12 reps for a total of three rounds. The exercises she demonstrated are:
- Jump squats
- Jump lunges
- Static lunges
- Sump squats
- Mountain climbers
