Where they met: "Fargo"
When Kirsten Dunst met Jesse Plemons on the set of "Fargo" in 2015, she was still dating Garrett Hedlund, but the pair grew close while working together. According to Town & Country, Plemons and Dunst started dating sometime in March 2016, recalling to The New York Times in 2020, "After we were done with the show, we'd FaceTime now and then, and I just missed him. I missed being around him. And he did, too. We didn't get together until the following March, when we'd had the time to realise how much we missed each other and how much we wanted to be in each others' lives."
In January 2017, the two got engaged, and welcomed their first child, Ennis Howard, in May 2018, as reported by People. The couple's second child was born in May 2021, a few months before the release of their second collaboration and the Oscar-nominated film "The Power of the Dog" in November 2021.
