The duo met in 2005 while filming the iconic Disney Channel movie, "High School Musical," per People. Efron and Hudgens started dating shortly after meeting, but didn't go public with their relationship until March 2007, when the "Charlie St. Cloud" actor starred in his GF's "Say Ok" music video, per Us Weekly. The couple continued their relationship until their eventual breakup in December 2010.
